At A4U – Your Gateway to Advanced Software Solutions, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can delete your account and associated data using the form below.
This page applies to accounts in the A4U ERP and A4U Services mobile apps on Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store), as well as the A4U website. Sign in below with the same username and password you use in the app.
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data. This action cannot be undone.
Once your account is deleted, we will permanently remove:
• Your user profile and account information
• Login credentials
• Service history and usage data
• Uploaded documents or images linked to your account
Some information may be retained for a limited period if required for:
• Legal compliance
• Security and fraud prevention
• Financial or transaction records (if applicable)
Retained data will be automatically deleted within 30 days.
Account deletion is processed immediately after confirmation. In some cases, it may take up to 3–7 working days to fully remove all data from backups and logs.
