Company

As a company (with an active subscription), you can:

  • Add and manage services, products, and events
  • Accept or reject bookings, product orders, and event join requests
  • Join events created by customers or Platform.
  • Accept or reject product orders.
  • Download software and libraries (if your subscription includes downloads)

Yes. Only companies with an active subscription can:

  • Create and manage services
  • Create and manage products
  • Create events

Without a subscription, these features are disabled in your dashboard.

  • You can’t add/edit services, products, or events
  • Existing items remain visible but not editable
  • Customers can’t interact (book/buy/join) until subscription is renewed

Yes you can:

  • You can reschedule bookings
  • Cancel or reject orders
  • Accept, reject, or cancel event participation

Yes. If the customer has a valid subscription and the event allows company participation:

  • You can request to join
  • The customer may auto-accept or manually approve your request

Customer

As a customer, you can:

  • Book services from companies
  • Purchase products
  • Join company events
  • Create your own events (with an active subscription)
  • Accept/reject company join requests
  • Download software and libraries (if your plan includes it)

  • Yes. Customers can only create events if they have an active subscription.
  • You do not need a subscription to book services, purchase products, or join events, unless specified in your plan.

You won’t be able to:

  • Create new events
  • Edit or manage your existing events
  • You can still: View and participate in ongoing bookings/orders/events

Yes, depending on the platform's rules:

  • You can cancel or request to reschedule service bookings
  • You can cancel product orders before they’re accepted
  • You can leave events, or cancel your own events

Yes. If the company has a valid subscription and the event allows customer participation:

  • You can request to join
  • The company may auto-accept or manually approve your request

Shared Feature: Software & Library Downloads

Both companies and customers can download platform-provided software and libraries, but only if their subscription plan includes download access.

There is a dedicated Download Center section where:

Admins upload software, tools, SDKs, or libraries

Eligible users (with a download subscription) can view and download them

You’ll still see the available software/libraries but will be restricted from downloading until:

  • You upgrade to a plan that includes download access
